INTERIOR Design
Hard finishes consist of the materials applied to the following: flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinetry, and countertops, also including items like sanitary and tapware. These are the “permanent” aspects of the interior design.
INTERIOR DECORATING
Soft Finishes in interior design refers to the soft decoration in a space. These would be items considered “non-permanent” like furniture, curtains, artwork etc.
Drawings/ Plans
Preparation of designs and drawings necessary to assist the execution of works on site. E.g. ceiling layout, lighting layout, tiling layout, electrical layout, or any other requirements when and if applicable.
Specification of Finishes
Floor finishes, paint colours, sanitary ware, lighting, or any other requirements when and if applicable.
